Tony Foran (Pumicestone Delegate) granted Life Membership of Q.V.G.U.

At the February Management Meeting of the Q.V.G.U. Mr Anthony (Tony) Foran was awarded Life Membership status of the Q.V.G.U.  At the Meeting conducted of the 20th May he was presented with his Life Membership Certificate.  See ‘Photo Page’.
